Arguably one of the most successful HOAs in North Dallas, this association is completely volunteer run with 900+ members. Our neighborhood is approximately 1 square mile.
Dues are about $300 a year. One of the best perks of membership is the police patrol that operates almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The patrol consists of armed Dallas police officers in marked cars. Members get the cell phone number of the officer on duty. These fantastic men and women in blue have an incredible fast response time to homes in our neighborhood.
